Service was phenomenal at this location. I ordered a 9oz steak and got a 6oz instead. The manager came to the table with the dish and told me what had happened. She offered to comp me another 6oz steak for free if I wanted, or that they'd only charge me for the 6oz instead of the 9oz. I decided against another 6oz so she then offered us a free dessert instead for the trouble. Excellent way to handle the situation, I really appreciated it. The steak was tasty and done perfectly as ordered
Our server Josh was the star of the show, he was so attentive and helpful. He even helped me pick the perfect non alcoholic beverage. I have zero complaints. I'm a local who has lived here almost 20 years and this experience was better than any I have had here in the past. So glad you guys survived Irma and are doing great business. Terrible place food sucked and service was horrible until we asked for another server. Our new server was awesome he was focused and courteous and made the experience bearable I feel if we would have had him from the beginning then we could have gotten the food corrected faster more attention paid to our drinks our food brought out more timely and just an all together better experience if you do go I would suggest requesting him his name was George !! We come here pretty often as it's the only cheap, chain option around that's decent for a sit-down. Sometimes we just don't feel like going downtown and paying a ton for dinner. We've never had bad service and never had an issue with our food. The food is what you'd expect from a chain, decent and hits the spot. The servers are super nice! The only people I have found to be unfriendly are the people at the host stand, they're a hit or a miss. Overall, pretty decent for a quick dinner out.
