Little known place with character. Learned of it while reading a "Serge Storms" book (fans will know what I mean). Low ceilings, dark bar...perfect for a neat rum with no fuss.
Best chill bar in Key West, by far! Easy going, friendly, awesome! Bartender John is sincere and real. Highly recommend!
Not too good! Bill apparently doesn't appreciate the nostalgia that the Chart Bar exuded back in the day. VIC however understands the importance of a decent drink and will not serve you in a plastic cup.
