Amazing experienced staff that goes above and beyond
Went to the bookstore in the morning. A black man was the store clerk. He was very nice and courteous. I went later in the evening and there was a white store clerk. I walk in and he did even came to the front desk to check me in. He said I can't walk back to the movie booths with a backpack. I told him I was early and the other clerk let me walk in with my backpack. He said these are the rules. He is very rude, not friendly and does not show any interest on the customers that check in.. He claims that he is been working at this store for 13 years. ( I don't believe it) Most of the time he is hiding behind the desk and you don't know if he is working or not. He should be fired.
