Laura and her team were very very helpful. They saved us from another charter broker's poor support after we sent him payment. Laura offered to help us with scheduling issues (our mistake), offered us a night aboard the boat at no charge, both on this charter and our next to ensure that we are happy with Florida Yacht Charters. Adam gave us a pretty good systems brief before departing. The boat "Latitude Adjustment" that we chartered had a couple of maintenance issues, some due to its age (very smelly head) and others just normal boat stuff (generator belt cover broke while at Dry Tortugas and stiff throttle shifter). The boat also had new furling main sail. I would recommend this charter company to others and we will be using them again.
