I went to fish and race to get a part I desperately needed for my mercury outboard. I arrived at 4 and the one kid working there said that he was unable to use the computers but the owner was out on his race boat and would be back to help me within the hour. Two hours later, after sitting in the heat outside the shop, the owner gets back and tells me to hold on while he puts the boats away. It took another half hour to put the boats away, again I had to wait in the heat. He finally gets me the part I need and when I asked for a discount since I had been waiting for 2.5 hours he got mad at me and went on a rant about how hard his life was. Maybe he was having a bad day but I've never seen anyone act as rude as this guy. If he would have apologized for my wait at any time I would not be writing this negative review. Instead he acted as if my time did not matter to him at all. I would suggest anyone stay away from this guy as he just doesn't know how to treat people.
