I needed a unit unexpectedly and quick. I called around to the other facilities on the island of KW and the rates were OUTRAGEOUS. I was so relieved when I spoke w Manny at Storage Mart. He was nice, professional and gave me a great price. I moved my stuff in right away! I also feel safe having my stuff stored there because the units r raised off the ground a few feet so I know if a storm comes my stuff is safe and dry!! I would highly recommend Storage Mart to anyone who is in need of a storage unit *****!!

At the Key West StorageMart (Stock Island, FL), Danielli was extraordinarily helpful and professional. Not only was she comprehensive in confirming the reservation (and the attending paperwork), but she checked the unit for cleanliness before we began unpacking and helped direct us to the appropriate storage unit. There were no hitches of any kind and the experience was pleasant, better than any previous storage unit experience by far. I have no suggested changes for their business ... other than to clone Danielli or have her train other folks about excellent customer service.
