Worste experience ever. First off, they don't have a local number listed, I had to call around and ask for it. 2nd, I had a package to be delivered and I sat and waited for hours for the UPS guy to show up because they won't drop packages off at my residence, i called after another hour of waiting after speaking with a representative saying the driver should be there in 30 minutes, and she said the driver had already gone through the residence. I didn't get a "sorry we missed you" slip at all, and my package still says out on the truck for delivery... And when we spoke the woman said the driver was heading back, even though she didn't call him like she had in our previous conversation. In short, this place sucks.
Ridiculous that it is only open 2 1/2 hours a day. Worst shipping company ever.
