Beware: they take carbon copies of credit cards. Our credit card information was stolen from this shop and placed on Samsung galaxy pay (we are iPhone users). This was the only time we used a specific card on our trip. Only use their service if you want your money stolen. Plenty of other businesses that aren't fraudulent along the boardwalk.
We were staying in Boyd's campground and had no wheels so we called JG's. They had a two person scooter delivered to us within the hour, with a full walk through on how to operate it. Scooter was pretty new and worked great, we had a blast motoring around on it and they picked it up when we were done, so easy peasy. We didn't get helmets though, maybe they are an option, but should be considered if you will be going on the open road down to key west, where a lot of people are drinking and probably driving. Anyway, JG did a great job for a good price, highly recommend!

Don't use this company, the worst service and when I gently complained they insulted me numerous times. They provide drop off and pick up, which is great if they're on time. We had arranged for a pick up at 2:30pm at a specific spot. When they hadn't arrived but 3:41pm I called and the lady, Ada, said sorry but they were busy. I said I understood but simply would appreciate a call to arrange another time but she again said she couldn't but would be just a few minutes. At 5:19pm (yes, I have the receipt) the guy arrived to pick up. I politely helped him process the pick up but also complained that I had waited a very long time after our agreed upon pick up time. He instantly turned hostile and said two outrageously false and insulting things: that I hadn't put the cart at the right spot at the right time and even if I did, I only had to wait a couple of hours. All that was needed was a phone call from the company to reschedule their pick up and when they couldn't accept responsibility for this, they turned hostile and lied about our agreement. Would strongly advise against using this company, shouldn't be hard as there are many here.
