As the mother of a Coton de Tulear, I am extremely particular with who grooms my dog. I recently moved to Key West, did my research, read the reviews, and followed my heart. I am so very pleased with my choice! My Noah looks beautiful! Two thumbs up for this establishment, as well as the owner. John was wonderful! Not only did he do an excellent job with grooming, he was friendly and helpful with recommending other doggie services. I strongly suggest you form your own opinion, as I could not be happier!
Great service.. the gentleman who works there is amazing with my terrier.
Absolutely horrible experience. Brought my dog into be groomed stating I wanted him just to have a shampoo, nails cut, and very little of his coat to be clipped, if any. I asked if I could stay, as I have with other groomers, but received a very curt, "No." When I came back to pick up my dog, he had basically been shaved. I was so beyond myself, I didn't say a word. To this day I can not believe what this man did to my beautiful animal. I would actually give him no stars, if possible, because just saying I hated it doesn't start to express my feelings. Stay away!!
My experience with John was very unsatisfactory. He was extremely rude and he was harsh with the dog when he did not know I was looking. I never went back.
