The store is great. People are great. They get 5 stars. I rated it entirely as a 4 because of the situation their corporate and breeder puts them in. My hamster was pregnant when we got her (didn't know until we saw babies). They couldn't take the babies at the moment because their females had litters already there. I was told the breeder sends them not separated. (Shame on them.) Corporate didn't care at all, and said there was nothing they could do. You suck for putting your people that earn their money in bad customer service situations while you sit on your butt doing nothing. You're pathetic. Step up and take care of your people and your customers. To the store, you're great and I'm sorry you work for s**tty people.
