"I need to know about what"
The lady that answered the phone was very short ...She listen to what I said then immediately said "We don't have anyone available" then hung up. Mindful I explained everything briefly, quickly and clearly; she simply didn't give me the light of day.
when I called back and asked to speak with the manager this is how it went:
"In regards to a few things, can I speak with your manager"
I said "Hello, can I speak with your manager"
"I have a few questions for him or her"
NOT a good first impression-glad I could find service were the workers show some training on customer care, a little enthusiasm and not be rude.
"Regarding what?"
*She made the typical introduction for the company*
Then she hangs up.
"WELL, He's not available"
