Fraud and deceiving for innocent people. It is not funny at all when selling fake, useless passports to poor, desperate people looking for betterment of their lives. US Government must ban Conch Republic's deceiving practices. Even though the people operating Conch say that their passports are not travel document, most people still misunderstand the deceiving nature of these culprits. Poor people around the world spend their hard earned money on these frauds.
Key West is a different place, with a different mindset. This place embodies everything relaxing and fun about the "Florida Keys".
