Awful Customer Service! I had a client, whose vacation property (with renters in the home) had a leaking air conditioning unit, flooding their home. The phone operator told me they would be by at some point during the day. Not only did they not show up, they never notified me they were unable to make it until I called the following day for an update. Then they told me they had no idea when they could get there at any point in the near future, while the unit continued to leak. Call another company if you have air conditioning problems!
My A/C was down and right after they called they showed up quick and got it up and running smoothly! Great Customer Service!

This is the second time I used Sub Zero. The first time was great. I worked with Todd. He had suggestions on the unit to buy and the service was fast and efficient. This time was totally different. It was like pulling teeth to get a quote and then there were no suggestions. Just, "this is the best you can do." Well, it would have been nice to know that we could have gotten a better unit by moving it within our home. On the day of the install, which took weeks to schedule, the person doing it told us that we had a faulty thermostat. Well, he was either lying, lazy or not a very good technician because our thermostat was fine. We just needed another wire, C. To top it all off, they came by to check on the AC the next day because it was louder than our last unit (we had the same unit prior). They were in our home for 45 minutes. No noise reduction, but I didn't expect much. They left our door unlocked. No call when they were done and they failed to simply hit the lock button on the keypad. We were lucky that we were not robbed. The door was unlocked from 10am - 3pm. Incredible.
