The customer service has went way down hill since I worked there years ago. Called looking for prices for a wax seal and tank inerds for a toilet. Call transfered to associate in plumbing his reply we sell those in isle 7. Was like pulling teeth to get prices. He said around 4 dollars. For which item I replied,I had to answer my own question before he confirmed. Had to ask again what about the other part. Probably around 13. I asked for exact prices so I knew what money to bring and phone went silent. Guess I'll take 30 to be safe.
