Terrible customer service! USE ANOTHER COMPANY!
They never showed up at the specified time. I called them after one hour and the lady answering the phones began to tell me that we're next on the list and how they're so busy. I told that I understand problems arise but that our tenant had been waiting for an 1.5 hours and that a phone call explaining the delay would've been great! Her response was that we should find another plumbing company and she hung up!!!!
