Poor customer service and the end product is horrible for the prices they charge. I am very easily pleased and like all types of flowers. I would not recommend this floral shop to anyone not even my worst enemy.
My experience mirrored that of M Jeffrey. The flowers I ordered for my girlfriend and had delivered to her work were beautifully arranged and seem to be high quality. What tainted the experience was the delivery guy immediately and repeatedly announcing that he works for tips and outright asking her for money. Inappropriate and tasteless regardless of the circumstance but even more so at her job in front of others. Her co workers noticed and commented to her about how classless his action were. The option of tipping obviously should be given to the purchaser, not the one receiving the flowers. A small delivery fee is charged but if given the option I would have included a tip. Is unfortunate because the flowers really are quite nice but the delivery experience will probably keep me from using this florist in the future.

I was disappointed in the product that was delivered. I could have chosen to go with one of the big name online companies but chose a local shop to deliver flowers to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day because I wanted them to come pre arranged and look beautiful. The arrangement was delivered and every single lily was closed. By the time they open up, the roses and daisies will be close to the end of their lifespan. She wanted to take pictures to post on social media but the arrangement was honestly not that good looking to do it. Next time I guess I'll have to go with the giants and not the local shop
Loved the flowers. Disliked the delivery guys milking my wife for a big tip. The flowers were beautiful, and the person I spoke to on the phone had the flowers arranged and delivered very promptly. This was very appreciated, because I know they were also very busy preparing flowers for a wedding as well. However, when the delivery guy brought the flowers to my wife, he said to her, "I get a big tip, right?" She did tip him. I had, however, paid a delivery charge, and the flowers were only delivered down the street. I googled it just to check, and general protocol is you do not normally tip a flower delivery guy. Even if you do, I would have preferred to have been asked about a tip on the phone and paid it myself if I wanted rather than the receiver of a gift being asked directly for a big tip. Great florist. But your girlfriend or wife is not going to appreciate your gift coming with a guy milking her for a big tip after you've already paid him for the delivery...
