The won't tell you how much it is to notarize something. Had to do 3 sheets and was out $30 for 60 seconds of their work. Just tell people ahead of time if you charge this much.
The online site for the android smart phone on the google maps app information needs to be updated. It says the hours for Sunday but its really closed on Sunday...
I sent two letters from Colorado to a box holder. They never arrived. While investigating I noticed a discrepancy with the address noted on their website. I tried to speak to a VERY rude girl who blamed me for using the address listed on their website, Had a problem that probably wasn't their fault, but instead of trying to help she was so rude will never do business again with them.
I used this UPS store to ship home my snorkeling gear so i didnt need to haul the stuff through airports. I walked in on Wed 12/28/16 at about 3 pm and handed the girl my box. She immediately got my package processes and help to secure the box with better tape. I was on vacation so i was limited as to what i had available to me. The price was right , The Staff was very helpful and my gear arrived at home as expected and unharmed. Thanks UPS Store Key West. Louie
