Clothes beautiful as always- staff not so much. One lady barely cracked a smile, the other clearly hated her job. Shop in Lilly frequently in Central Florida locations and have never experienced this. Orlando locations have the most helpful, and sweetest employees.. With money to spend, my friend and I were surprised at level of boredom from staff.
Walked around the shop a good 20 minutes and the employees never acknowledged me. Strange for a Lilly store.

Really love this store and the staff. Always helpful and friendly. If they don"t have what I am looking for it will be ordered and I will have it in a couple of days!
