Very convenient. Right off the ship, you have a few stalls to your right. This is one of them. Great prices and great amount of bikes. Good for large parties to enjoy the island. We paid for 2 hours in advance.
It was the perfect way to tour around Key West
She gave us a map with all the points of interest and the bikes came with a lock!
This little place is independently owned and one of the huts right as you get off the cruise ships.
Mind you, nothing in the window of the stall or around it says no refunds.
However, we ended up riding off for about 20 miniutes and the clerk was unwilling to settle at 1-hour of time, even though we used less than a half hour. Her only response: "oh, no refunds" and walked away. Will never use again nor recommend based on bad customer service. You can spoil great business with bad customer service and that's what She did.
It was only $20 to rent the bike for a full day ($10 for and hour, $15 for 2 hours), which is really reasonable since she is located right at the cruise port. She takes cash or credit and does ask to hold onto your seapass card till you return the bike.
