We purchased a small item, and when we went to pay her machine said transaction FAILED. My wife & I, immediately contacted the bank, they then said the transaction went through and our money was out of the account. When we went back into the store to speak to the women. She tells my wife "YOU AND YOUR BANK HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT." At the end of the day, that art ripoff store has my money, & I have no merchandise. I am saddened that the woman responded that way. All she should have said was " when we see that we did actually charge you when we run our batch, we would like to have your home address so we can send you the item as soon as we can". She was rude I had a great time in the Key West. I was just disappointed about having gone into that store, I would definitely suggest to visit all over the area, I found the local artist around the city selling their work on the streets was better. They were also very expensive for not so amazing pieces.
